What we hold

Your account: an email address, a password stored as a salted hash (PBKDF2-SHA256, 200,000 iterations — we cannot read it), and the name of your atelier.

Your atelier: the raw materials, prices, stock, formulas, trials, accords and notes you record. Each atelier lives in its own database — your data never shares a table with another atelier's.

What we do with it

We run the service. Nothing else: no advertising, no analytics trackers, no resale, no profiling. The only cookie is the session that keeps you signed in.

Photo reading. When you use it, the photo you submit is sent to Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA) to be transcribed into structured text, and the transcription comes back to your atelier. That is the only moment any of your data leaves the European Union, and it only happens on your action.

Service emails. The only emails we send are the ones you ask for (password reset links). They go out through Infomaniak (Switzerland/EU) from noreply@blottoir.com — no newsletter, no marketing.

MaquetteZero™ briefs. Each brief you run (the pyramid, the names, the reviews you paste, the result) is recorded in your own atelier's database, so the tool stays accountable to what it answered you. It is not aggregated across ateliers.

How long, and where

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists, on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). Nightly backups are kept 14 days, then destroyed — after you delete your account, the last traces leave the backups within 14 days.

Your rights

You can delete your atelier yourself: My Account → Delete my atelier. This erases your account, your sessions and your atelier's database file.

For access, rectification or anything else: contact@jimmybodinparfums.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority.
