The service

Blottoir is a working tool for independent perfumers: a wall of raw materials, a composition bench, formula sheets, and MaquetteZero™. It is currently a closed beta, on invitation. Access can be interrupted for maintenance; during the beta the service is provided as is, within the limits of French law.

Your work stays yours

Everything you record — materials, formulas, trials, accords, notes — is and remains yours. You grant MMG Holding only the technical right to store and process it in order to run the service for you. We claim no other right on your formulas, and we do not use them to build anything for anyone else.

Your account

One account per atelier, credentials are personal. You can delete your atelier at any time (My Account → Delete my atelier); deletion is immediate and the last backup traces disappear within 14 days (see Privacy).

IFRA and safety information

The IFRA screens are a working aid based on the loaded amendment and the data you record. They do not replace your own regulatory assessment, a safety assessor, or the individual IFRA Standards, which prevail.

Price and payment

No payment is collected during the closed beta. When billing opens: subscriptions are billed per the price page in force when you subscribe; you can cancel in one click, effective at the end of the paid period; and within 14 days of your first payment you can ask for a full refund, no reason needed. These commitments are already shown on the price page and will bind us from the first euro collected.

Liability

MMG Holding's liability is limited to direct damages and, in aggregate, to the amounts you paid over the twelve months preceding the claim — which, during the free beta, means the service is used at your own risk within the limits of mandatory French law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably belongs to the courts of Rennes, France, subject to mandatory consumer rules that may designate another forum.
